Tumble Chicks began in 2005 as a simple idea for a niche market.
We noticed a lack of companies catering to small businesses and clubs.
We realized it was really hard to get an idea from concept to shirt front at prices people could afford.
We discovered that if you can’t prepare the artwork perfectly yourself, it can be a huge expense to have the imprinter do it for you.
We hated that every time we ordered something, we got hit with setup fees and screen charges and per color
imprinting charges that added several dollars per item to what we ordered. We also hated “handling” and “packing”
fees added to our shipping costs.
We observed that it was hard to mix and match things if you really want 3 shirts and 6 shorts and
3 tank tops, and don’t want to buy a dozen of each. And we found out that pro shops and booster clubs don’t
like to buy and inventory dozens of items, and don’t know what to do with all their “leftovers”;
often keeping the same old tired items around for years because they can’t sell them.
We took all those observations, and our own passion for custom imprinting, and we started a tiny business on the following principles...
1. We love your small orders...they are just as important to our success as the big ones.
2. We offer several options for imprinting your items, so we can meet virtually every budget. We are always happy to provide free quotes. And we want you to love what you get from us.
3. We give you 30 minutes of design time for FREE, so usually there are no art charges associated with your order.
4. We NEVER charge set up fees, screen charges, or per color imprinting fees. Period. What we quote, per piece, is what you’ll pay, plus shipping. We don’t charge packing or handling fees, either.
5. You can mix and match our items at will...there are NO MINIMUMS. If we can imprint it with the same design in the same colors, there is no extra charge for “mixing” items. Sometimes we can even offer different colors of your design, if you let us know when you request the quote.
6. We offer programs where we will warehouse your custom screen printed imprints and just ship you the quantity of items you need now, so you don’t have to figure out what to do with the two dozen size large shirts you ordered that aren’t selling, while you are completely out of smalls. You can change inventory easily and often, because you are not paying for merchandise you can’t sell. You can stock sweats in the fall, and tanks in the spring, and never have to worry about your customers getting bored, or having to warehouse the leftovers and deal with theft and inventory. This increases your profit on every item you do sell, and keeps your customers coming back to your pro shop to see what’s new. They buy more...you waste less!
7. Finally, our most important business goal is to conduct our lives with integrity that will bring honor and fame to the name of Jesus Christ. We will work hard to earn your trust and your repeat business. We are Christians; we believe that God became man in the person of Jesus Christ, came to earth, led a sinless life, and died on a cross to pay the penalty for our wrongdoings and yours if we will simply believe in his name and confess him as Savior.
