TUMBLE CHICKS TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE:

1. You want cool merchandise and custom imprinted stuff for your team or club or business. We sell cool stuff, and we'd really like you to buy your stuff from us. If you need anything you don't see in our online store, please let us know. We can get virtually any item you want, and always at wholesale, so it usually pays you to let us locate and acquire your merchandise for imprinting.

2. Don't be fooled by those low "come-on" prices the other guys offer you. There are NEVER any setup fees or extra imprinting charges with Tumble Chicks. What we quote, per piece, includes all the screens, setups, etc. the other companies try to tack on at the end. When you figure in the other guys' per color charges and screen charges and set up charges, Tumble Chicks is usually your best value. And, if you find an item you think is identical to ours at a better price, just let us know. We should be able to meet or beat any one's prices, and our customer service is second to none. We don't care whether you only want 1 piece, or 1000. But the more you buy, the better discounts we can give you. Custom stuff is more expensive than stock in small quantities, but you'd be amazed what we can do if you need a couple of dozen or more. Just ask! You can always receive a price quote without obligation from Tumble Chicks.

3. You don't have to know what you want your design to be before you can talk to us...we'll help bring your idea to life! We started out as professional designers first, and went into business second, so we know how what makes good advertising and promotion. We include up to 30 minutes of design time for free with your job, and will always let you know if your art will require additional art charges @ $40/hour.

4. We'll only charge you what we quote when you place the order, but our prices will change when we have sales, or when the cool stuff gets more expensive. Your quote is good for 30 days; after that you need to check back for pricing updates.

5. Since lots of our stuff is custom imprinted, we require complete payment with the order, if it is under 12 pieces. You can use our online store to pay by PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard. We accept checks, but can't begin production until your check clears. Orders over 12 pieces require a 1/2 non-refundable deposit with the order, payable the same way. We accept returns on defective merchandise only. We will exchange blank or stock imprinted items if they are the wrong size, style, or color. Ship your stuff back pre-paid, and if we're responsible for shipping charges, we'll credit you back. Sorry, no cash refunds if you simply change your mind.

6. We will send unimprinted size samples for team/group orders, if necessary, once a non-refundable deposit is received. If they are not returned, we keep 50% of the retail price of each item.
